Q1. Describe your emotional feeling with regards to your past experiences in programming/coding a website/application.

A1. I like programming. I’ve always liked it, and enjoy the process of coding.

Q2. What are the things that you are passionate about? What are the things that you love to do?

A2. I am passionate about web development. I love to play guitar and drive.

Q3. Why do you want to pursue the career of being a developer/coder?

A3. Because I enjoy every bit of it. I enjoy the learning experience.

Q4. Do you really want to become or continue to be a developer/coder? Why? What’s in it for you?

A4. I would like to continue being a developer because I like learning new technologies in development and programming. This field will always be a part of our lives.

Q5. What are things that you want to learn? Why do you want to learn them?

A5. I want to learn new frameworks and other new technologies on programming. I want to learn them to improve and develop my skills.

Q6. How do you vertically center-align an element in CSS/HTML?

A6. This is a tricky question to answer. Assuming that the element you want to vertically center is a “child class” inside a “parent class” with a defined width and height.

A7. I am pretty confident that can be transformed with the help of bootstrap. And no automated editors needed. Just sublime.

Q8. Given that it is 40hrs per week, steady income with paid leave entitlements. What do you think is a fair weekly salary for this job (in Pesos)?

A8. To be competitive at least 10,000 pesos a week, I think is fair.
